- Detail everything that needs to be done to prepare the house for sale. This includes furniture placement (items that need to be put into storage and items that may need to be added), paint color, fixtures, curb appeal.
- Rearrange furniture as time allows.
Occupied Home
If a more comprehensive plan is desired and a home is occupied, we normally use the homeowners existing furniture whenever possible. We will then accessorize bringing in items needed to complete the staging and make your home stand out in the market.
Vacant Home
We include suitable furniture, accessories, lamps, linens, art work, and much more. Fees are billed per room per month with a two room minimum. The price is based upon the size of the property and the scale of the rooms ranging from $400-600 per room per month. Contact us for a quote.
